ORDER
1.The Chamber Summons No.2282 of 2019 is allowed as under.
2.Ex-parte Decree dtd.28.06.2011 passed against the defendant is set aside subject to cost of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand only) to be paid to the plaintiff by the defendant.
