proceed with this matter. It appears that writ of summons was also not
served to the defendant. Since 14.12.2020 the plaintiff is absent. Hence,
it appears that Plaintiff does not want to proceed with suit. Hence,
Suit Stamp No. 14030 of 2019 is hereby dismissed. In view of dismissal
of the suit, the Notice of Motion No. 731/2020 is also hereby dismissed.
