hence it becomes clear that Defendants are not intending to
contest Notice of Motion. Already ad interim relief in terms of
prayer clause A of N M is granted and now suit will proceed
for evidence without Written Statement hence I find that
Notice of Motion can be disposed off by making it absolute in
terms of prayer clause (a), hence Notice of Motion no.4825/19
is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). It is made clear
that reliefs sought in prayer clause (B) and (C) of Notice of
Motion are not granted. Case is adjourned to 09/07/2020 for
evidence without Written Statement.
