Perused the chamber summons. Heard. The NCLT vide its order dtd. 08.03.2017 has approved the transfer of original plaintiff company into Iron Mountain India Pvt Ltd. By way Company Petition No. 170/17, as the original plaintiff company is amalgamated with the transferee company with assets and liability, the proposed amendment is necessary for continuing of the suit. Hence, I pass the following order-
                                         ORDER
Chamber Summons No. 2263/19 is allowed and made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a) and (b). Applicant to carry out amendment within two weeks and shall supply the copy of amended plaint to the defendants within two weeks thereafter.
