ORDER
1. This Chamber Summons is filed by plaintiff and requested to
allow substituted service of summons by way of publication into local
newspaper for the appearance of defendant. In support of Chamber
Summons he has filed affidavit but the plaintiff has not taken pains to
find out proper address of the defendant. The Chamber Summons no
where discloses that the plaintiff has taken efforts to find out proper
address of the defendant in spite of taking pains the plaintiff is directly
asking publication of notice/summons before adopting other modes
prescribed in CPC. Plaintiff has directrly asked for paper publication
which is not proper. Therefore, plaintiff is directed to adopt other
modes of service of summons directly before publication of service of
summons.
