Plaintiff has taken out present chamber summons for addition of party and carrying out necessary amendment. It is contention of the plaintiff that proposed defendant Nos. 3 and 4 are necessary parties and therefore, plaintiff intents to add them and seeks to carry out consequential amendment regarding the same.
