1] Applicant has filed chamber summons with prayer to
substitute applicant as a plaintiff against Rev Father Anthony D'Souza.
It is stated that Rev Father Anthony D'Zouza was transferred to Vakola
Charge from Mumbai and in his place, Rev Father Rocky Banze was
appointed. The change report No.ACCI/2892/2015 dt. 30/7/2015 was
allowed by the Charity Commissioner Office. The defendant objected to
the Chamber summons.

3] The change report transpires that Mr. Father Calistas
Fernandes appointed by Arch Bishop the change report in the name of
this applicant is allowed by order dt. 9/8/2019 passed by Assistant
Charity Commissioner, Greater Mumbai Region, Mumbai. It is fit case
to allow the application to substitute applicant applicant Mr. Father
Calistas Fernandes by deleting name of Rev Father Anthory D'Souza.
Accordingly I pass the following order
ORDER
1. Chamber summons is allowed
2. Amendment be carried out on or before next date.
