and hence the plaintiff wants to withdraw the suit. Considering the
settlement arrived between the parties out of the court, the permission
to withdraw the suit is required to be granted. Hence, I pass the
following order :

1. The application (Exh.05) is allowed.
2. Permission to withdraw the suit is granted.
