contents of consent terms at Ex.9. The plaintiff has admitted
the contents of withdrawal pursis at Ex.10. Advocate for
defendants given no objection on withdrawal pursis at Ex.10.
Hence read and recorded. Order passed below Ex.1 In view of
Ex.10, the suit is withdrawn against the defendant nos.2 and 3
and in view of contents of the consent terms Ex.9, this matter
is settled in between the plaintiff and defendant no.1 Decree be
drawn up as per terms and conditions of Ex.9 No order as to
cost. Court fees be refunded to the plaintiff as per rules. In
view of above, Notice of motion No.4639/2019 is disposed off
accordingly. Hence this Suit is finally disposed off. Sheristedar
is hereby directed to furnish the authenticated copy of
today&amp#039s Roznama to both the parties.
