Ld. counsel for both the sides are directed to take inspection of record and take necessary steps for passing final decree in the suit. The ld. Court Receiver is directed to submit his final report/update position so as to enable this court to pass final decree. Ld. counsel for plaintiff is directed to communicate this order to Court Receiver for information and compliance.
