Mr. Jiken Modi- Authorized Representative of plaintiff present before this court and filed the application for withdrawal (Exh-3) of the suit and submitted that the defendant have settled the matter with plaintiff by paying all outstanding dues. Therefore, plaintiff is no longer desirous to proceed with the present suit.
