(Exh-8). Order- Allowed, matter be taken on board.

and filed application for withdrawal of the suit along with affidavit
in support, authority letter, copy of board resolution and self attest
copy of Aadhar card and pan card. T.O.R marked as Exh-9.

ORDER ON EXHIBIT-1
Mr. Jiken Modi- Authorized Representative of plaintiff present
before this court and filed the application for withdrawal (Exh-9) of
the suit and submitted that the defendant have settled the matter
with plaintiff by paying all outstanding dues. Therefore, plaintiff is
no longer desirous to proceed with the present suit.
Plaintiff, his advocate are present and submitted Board
Resolution and self attested copy of Aadhar Card in support of his
identity. Plaintiff submitted that the matter is decided to be
withdrawn. Plaintiff firmly states that he wants to withdraw the
suit against the defendant unconditionally. Hence, the order.
ORDER
1.Suit No.22 of 2020 is hereby disposed of as withdrawn
(Exh-9) against the defendant unconditionally.
2. Court fees be refunded as per the rules.
3.All the notice of motion, chamber Summons, application and
misc. application in connection with this suit shall be disposed of.
