For reasons stated in the application. The NM No.233/22 can be allowed.
Thus, I pass the following order.
1. NM is allowed in terms of prayer clause a and b.
2. The pauper petition 278/2019 be converted into regular civil suit
upon payment of necessary court fees by the plaintiff.
3. Costs in cause.
4. NM disposed of accordingly.
5. Accordingly pauper petition is disposed of.
