of Motion No. 4389/2016. It is the case of the plaintiff that due to
personal difficulty of Advocate, he could not present before the Court.
It is the case of the plaintiff that the plaintiff is absent on only one date.

3. The defendant corporation has objected the notice of motion.
4. Considering the facts that the plaintiff was absent for one date.
The notice of motion needs to restored.
In the result, following order is passed.
ORDER
1. The Notice of Motion No. 4600/2019 is allowed.
2. The Notice of Motion No. 4389/2016 is restored to its original form
subject to cost of Rs. 1000/ paid to the District Legal Services
Authority, Mumbai.
3. The Notice of Motion No. 4600/2019 stands disposed off.
