ORDER
1. The plaintiff by this notice of motion contended that the
defendant had filed their Examination-in-chief. It is contended that the
defendant in the Evidence in form of Affidavit-Examination-in-chief had
relied upon the documents for the year 2013. It is contended that the
documents cannot be considered.
2. Heard Learned Advocate for the plaintiff and learned Advocate
for the defendant corporation.

3. The notice of motion is opposed by the defendant corporation.
It needs to be mentioned that the plaintiff will get an
opportunity to cross examine the witness. The irrelevant documents
may not be considered by the Court. The relevancy of the documents
cannot be gone into in the notice of motion. The notice of motion,
therefore, cannot be considered.
In the result, following order is passed.
ORDER
The Notice of Motion No. 4597/2019 is dismissed.
