For reason separately recorded following order is passed.
ORDER
1. The defendants jointly and severally shall pay Rs.59,292/-. (Rs. Fifty Nine Thousand Two Hundred Ninety Two only) to the plaintiff and interest on principal amount of Rs.40,000/- at the rate of 12 percent per annum from the date of filing of the suit till its realization.
2. Defendants do pay costs of the suit to the plaintiff.
