For reason separately recorded following order is passed.
ORDER
1. The defendant shall pay Rs.1,88,317/- (Rs. One Lakh Eighty Eight Thousand Three Hundred Seventeen Only) to the plaintiff with interest at the rate of 18 percent per annum on the principal amount of Rs.1,50,000/- from the date of filing of the suit till its realization.
2. Defendant do pay costs of the suit to the plaintiff.
