O. -  Ld. Counsel for plaintiff submits that suit is filed seeking perpetual injunction restraining defendants from entering into plaintiff\''s office. Dispute between the parties is not a commercial dispute as defined in section 2(1)(c) of Commercial Courts Act, 2015. By making these submissions, she prayed to transfer the matter to Court room no.63.
     Perused the application and averments made in the plaint. Suit is for perpetual injunction restraining defendants from entering into plaintiff\''s office.  Plaintiff has valued the suit for the purposes of valuation and court fees and accordingly paid court fees of Rs.200/-.  Present suit is not a dispute arising out of agreements   relating to immovable property used exclusively in trade or commerce. So also, present dispute is not a Commercial dispute of a specified value as defined in Section 2(1)(i) of the Commercial Courts Act.  Therefore, matter be sent to the Office of Registrar (Civil) for further assignment. Application (Exh.7) is disposed of accordingly.
