comply. But today also none present for plaintiff. Perusing record, it appears that,
Plaintiff filed this suit on 30.11.2019. He was directed to remove the office objection
within 4 weeks but since then plaintiff not remove the office objection. The plaintiff
also filed Notice of Motion, leave was granted. But he failed to tendered the register
Notice of Motion. The plaintiff was directed to register the Notice of Motion within 2
weeks from 03.12.2019 failure to which suit will be dismissed, but the plaintiff not
turned to the Court to comply the same. Hence, suit is dismissed for want of
compliance. Notice of Motion is also disposed of accordingly.
