ORDER
1. Notice of Motion No.4544/2019 in Commercial Suit No.549/2021 is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) and (b).
2. The defendants or their servants or their agents are hereby temporarily restrained from causing any obstruction to the possession of plaintiff over the suit premises till disposal of suit.
3. The defendants are directed not to enter the suit premises and not to evict the plaintiff from the suit premises without following the due process of law till disposal of the suit.
