1. Heard learned Advocate for the plaintiff and learned Advocate for

2. The plaintiff by this Chamber Summons seeks to amend the plaint
by adding schedule in the plaint. It is the case of the plaintiff that
during the pendency of the suit certain documents were received by the
plaintiff. The plaintiff seeks to bring the said documents record.
3. The chamber summons is opposed by the defendant corporation.

4. The suit is being heard on notice of motion and had not reached
the stage of trial. No prejudice would be caused to the defendant
corporation. The amendment sought needs to be allowed as to avoid
multiplicity of the suit. In the interest of justices, chamber summons is
allowed. In the result, following order is passed.
ORDER
1. Chamber Summons No. 2147 of 2019 is allowed.
2. The plaintiff to carry out the necessary amendment in the plaint
within 14 days from date of order.
3. Chamber Summons stands disposed off.
