settled out of the court. Therefore, permission is granted to the
plaintiffs to withdraw present suit.

Perused application, plaintiffs have prayed for return of
original documents filed below compilation Exh8. I perused
Exh8. Document at Sr. No. 2 ,3 and 5 filed below list Exh8. As
plaintiffs are withdrawing present suit so I am inclined to allow
application in following terms.
1. Documents at Sr. No. 2,3 and 5 be returned to the plaintiffs
on filing attested copy of the same and giving acknowledgement
about receipt of the same and giving undertaking to produce
same as and when required by the court.
2. Application is allowed in above terms and disposed off.
