Perused the MA. Heard Ld. Adv. Shri Redekar. Perused the original plaint as well as the roznama. The mistakes as pointed out in the application being clerical in nature as instead Building no.3 (in the address of defendant no. 1 and 2) it is typed as Building no. 4 needs to be corrected. From the roznama dtd. 05.10.2015 shows that the suit is also proceeded ex-parte against defendant no. 7. Hence, that correction is also necessary to be made in view of provisions of Section 152 of the CPC.
Hence, I pass the following order-
                             ORDER
MA no. 138/19 is allowed and the two mistakes as pointed out in the application be corrected in the Judgment and Decree dtd. 12.04.2017.
All concerned to act upon accordingly.
MA is disposed of accordingly.
