KB Later on at 02.50 p.m. ORDER This is the application moved by the Original Plaintiff praying passing of Order for refund of Court Fees as per the rules. Heard Ld. Advocate for the Plaintiff. She submits that inadvertently the Ld. Pre-decessor of this court while disposing of the suit has not passed Order with respect to refund of Court Fees and therefore she has filed the present application. On perusal of the copy of Judgment dated 29/08/2019 it appears that though the suit is decreed, nothing is mentioned about refund of Court Fees. This error needs to be corrected. Hence I pass following Order. ORDER 1. Misc. Application No. 135 of 2019 is hereby allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) and (c) of the application. 2. The court fees be refunded to the Plaintiff as per the rules. 3. Decree be accordingly modified. 4. Misc. Application No. 135 of 2019 is disposed off accordingly.
