ORDER
1. This Notice of Motion is for restraining defendant from alienating
the suit property, which has already been sold. This fact is brought on
record by filing copy of the Sale Deed alongwith list of documents
Exh.----, the copy of which, has been served on plaintiff. There is thus,
no dispute regarding the sale of the property.
2. The Notice of Motion has therefore, become in-fructuous, hence,
the same needs to be disposed of in these terms.

ORDER
Notice of Motion No.4433 of 2019 is dismissed as in-fructuous.
