reconstruct NM No. 477/19 which was lost/misplaced. The
plaintiff has not filed reply to the said motion. The averments of the
deft. no. 2 have virtually remained unchallenged. Therefore,
draft NM is allowed and made absolute in terms of prayer
clause (a). Defendant no. 2 is directed to register the said draft
