ORDER- The plaintiff&amp#039s advocate present
and submitted that he is submitting to the orders of this
court regarding the notice of motion. The notice of motion
4400/19 is praying to set aside no say order in respect of
the Admission and the Denial of the documents and further
prayer is made to allow to file reply on the record. The
reason given for failure to file the reply is that the
advocate&amp#039s wife was suffering from
spondylosis and thereby he could not remain present to file
the reply. Considering the reasons stated and non resistance
on behalf of the plaintiff, the notice of motion 4400/19 is
allowed and no reply order passed against the defendant is
set aside and the defendant is permitted to file reply to the
