right to sue survive. Hence, CS needs to be allowed. Thus, I
proceed to pass the following order. 1. CS is allowed in
terms of prayer clause (a) and (b). 2. Plaintiff to carry out
necessary amendment within a period of 14 days from the
date of order. 3. Plaintiff to bear the cost of CS. 4. CS is
disposed of accordingly. It is also informed that Plaintiff
No.1 has died. Plaintiff to take appropriate steps for
bringing LRs on record. Matter stands adjourned to
25.11.2021 for steps.
