in C.R. No. 63. Considering her submission and the fact that S.C. Suit No.
2634/2003 is actually pending in C. R. No. 63 as per CIS, NM No. 2457/18 be
transferred to C.R. No. 63 in CIS System. Adv. Reshma Ravi has written at the
backside of C/S No. 1130/16 that applicant 6 withdrawal of C/S No. 1130/16. Ld.
Counsel Vandana Thakkar opposed withdrawal by saying that she has filed
written submission and it should not be allowed to be withdrawn. Considering
rival submissions, C/S No. 1130/16 is disposed of as withdrawn without liberty to
make similar prayers in future. The proceeding of C/S No. 1130/16 is closed.
