FOLLOWING ORDER IS PASSED BELOW CONSENT
TERMS EXH.9 The plaintiff, defendant No.1 and its
partner Sanjay Maheshwari (Deft.No.3) are present. The
defendant No.1 is partnership firm represented by the
defendant No.3. Parties submit that the dispute between the
plaintiff and defendants is settled in view of the consent
terms filed today. The consent terms are readover and
explained to the parties. They voluntarily admit the contents
thereof. Parties are identified by their respective advocates.
Hence, the suit is liable to decreed in terms of consent
terms. Hence, the consent terms Exh.9 are read and
recorded, I proceed to pass order below Exh.1. ORDER
BELOW EXH.1 Read the consent terms filed today and
order passed thereon. The suit is liable to be decreed in
terms of consent terms, hence, I pass the following order.
ORDER 1. Suit is decreed in terms of Consent Terms. 2.
The plaintiff is entitled for refund of Court fee as per rules.
