1. The plaintiff has filed application Exhibit-12 for expediting
the matter.
2. The plaintiff submitted that the Hon’ble Bombay High
Court vide order dated 18.12.2025 expedited the matter in view of
order of Hon’ble High Court. Therefore, he has moved the application
(Exhibit-12) to expedite the matter.

3. The learned Advocate Sonal Dabolkar raised objection to
expedite the matter.
4. Perused the order of Hon’ble High Court wherein the
Hon’ble High Court granted liberty to the parties to make an
application before the Trial Court for expediting the matter. The Trial
Court to pass orders after considering their diary.
5. In view of direction in order of Hon’ble High Court the
matter is expedited. Hence, I pass the following order:

2. Parties to take note and shall not seek any adjournment and
comply the order of the Hon’ble Bombay High Court dated 18.12.2025.
