F. R. S. R. Following order is passed on draft Notice of
Motion no. -
O R D E R
1) The defendant corporation is directed to consider the
reply of the plaintiff dtd.20/03/2019 and further reply,
with documents, if any.
2) The plaintiff is permitted further reply with the
documents if he so desire thereafter.
3) The plaintiff to approach he defendant corporation
within 15 days from date of the order.
4) The defendant corporation to consider the reply of the
plaintiff and pass speaking orders within 1 month from
the date of the order.
5) In case of any adverse order against plaintiff, the
defendant corporation not to take any coercive action for
period of 15 days from date of the order.
6) It would be at the discretion of the defendant
corporation to give personal hearing of plaintiff.
7) The Draft Notice of Motion as well as Suit No. 2871 of
2019 stands disposed off.
