In this suit challenging notice u/s 354(A) of MMC Act, ld adv for plff has pointed out from the plaint that the plff has apprehension that the deft/MCGM will demolish suit premises without passing speaking order.  In the list of documents filed by the deft/MCGM, they have filed copy of speaking order dtd. 23.09.2019.  However, there is no sufficient material to ascertain whether said order was served to the plff.  therefore, deft/MCGM is directed to serve the order, if passed, to the plff. in accordance with the provisions of MMC Act.  Till then no coercive action be taken against the alleged on authorized construction in the suit premises.  Plff shall not change the suit structure without following the procedure.
