.  The plaintiff taken out Chamber Summons for amendment in cause title of the plaint. It is contended that the defendants No. 4, 5-A and 6 have changed their addresses and now they are residing at 602, Tulsi Tower, Coastal Colony, near MAA Hospital, Chembur, Mumbai.
