In the withdrawal pursis it is the contention of the plaintiff that the notice under challenged and speaking order passed subsequently in the wrong name. Therefore, the plaintiff wants to withdraw the suit and file fresh suit. The plaintiff requested in the present pursis her suit be withdrawn with she is entitle to file fresh suit and direction given to the defendant/corporation to issue fresh notice in correct name.
