1. Heard both the sides, perused all the documents.
2. This is suit for declaration against the defendant No.3 being
employee. It transpires affidavit on NM that he got served with plaint
with summons on 24/07/2019. Due to important work he is Rajasthan
in the month of September. Therefore, he could not meet advocate and
failed to file W/S. Hence, I pass following order :
: ORDER :
1. The NM is allowed to cost of Rs.2000/ to be paid to the DLSA
on or before next date, unless paid W/S will not be recorded.
