Perused the chamber summons and the affidavit. This chamber summons is taken
out by defendant no.7 for discarding evidence of the plaintiff. It is submitted that
the plaintiff is withdrawing the suit and therefore the defendant no. 7 has not
pressed this chamber summons. Therefore, Chamber Summons No. 1474/16 stands
disposed as withdrawn. It be removed from board.

Perused the chamber summons which is for amendment of the plaint. The defendant
has given no objection. But as the plaintiff is withdrawing the suit and also
withdrawing this chamber summons. Hence, the chamber summons stands disposed
as withdrawn. It be removed from the board.
