ORDER
1. Ld. Advocate Mr. Kishor Pashte for plaintiff urged for ad
interim injunction. It is contended that plaintiff has reconstructed a
partly demolished by defendant/MCGM. There is threat in the mind
that the defendant may redemolish the structure.
2. Ld. Advocate Ms. Mhatre for defendant/MCGM prayed for
short adjournment to file reply.
3. On perusal of photographs annexed by plaintiff dated
30.07.2019, all walls are punctured, suit property made inhabitable.

After presenting the suit, plaintiff has tendered registered Notice of
Motion after 3 months. I find no urgency. There is no case of adinterim
injunction.
4. Defendant/MCGM to submit replycumwritten statement
within 2 weeks and be ready for hearing on next date returnable on
10.12.2019.
