For reason separately recorded following order is passed.
ORDER
1. The defendant shall pay Rs.3,50,000/- (Rs. Three Lakhs Fifty Thousand Only) to the plaintiff and defendant shall also pay with interest on principal amount of Rs.3,50,000/- at the rate of 18 percent per annum from the date of decree of the suit till its realization.
2. Defendant do pay costs of the suit to the plaintiff.
