Adv. for plaintiff has submitted that the plaintiff has tendered vital document to prove his eligibility for permanent alternate accommodation on 11-11-2019 to the deft./MCGM after passing of the order dated 08-11-2019 directing removal of suit structure being non eligible.  This document was found subsequently and material for passing the order on the issue of eligibility of the plaintiff for permanent alternate accommodation. Therefore, the deft./MCGM shall consider said document and pass fresh speaking order in respect of the suit structure within 7 days from today . Till passing of such order by deft./MCGM no coercive action be taken against the suit structure.
Matter is referred to lok-nayalay on 14-12-2019.
