power of attorney of deft no. 1C is present alongwith defts
no.1 E, 1F, 2 and 6. Ld. Adv for the plff has tendered order
dtd. 01.02.2021 in Civil revision application (ST) No.
5735/2019 of Hon&amp#039ble Bombay High Court
whereby permission is granted to the legal representatives
of deceased deft. no.4. Defts no.1A, 1B, 3 and 5 are already
deleted. From the above,the suit has been adjusted wholly
by lawful agreement in writhing and signed by the parties to
the suit. Therefore Consent Terms are accepted. Decree in
accordance with Consent Term (Exh.10) be drawn up. As
well as Notice of Motion No. 4227/2019 is disposed off
accordingly.
