ORAL ORDER
This is a chamber summons taken out by the plaintiff for
amendment in plaint as per schedule annexed. Alongwith the same
supporting affidavit is placed on record. It is mentioned that the office of
Registrar of Companies was pleased to change the name of the company as
plaintiff in the suit from BSN Medical Pvt. Ltd to ESSITY India Pvt.Ltd.
from 18.06.2019. The plaintiff produced the copy of certificate of
incorporation pursuant to change the name.
2) The defendant submitted reply on 23.11.2019 on the last covering
page and gave no objection.
3) Heard both the learned counsels. In view of above no objection,

there appears no any hurdle in allowing this chamber summons as prayed
for. Hence, in view of peculiar facts and circumstances of the suit, I
proceed to pass following order in the interest of justice.
ORDER
1. The Chamber Summons no. 2034 of 2019 is allowed.
2. Plaintiff is at liberty to carry on amendment as sought
immediately or till within 14 days.
3. The Chamber Summons stands disposed off accordingly.
