Officer Mr. Nilesh Ramchandra Koli, J.E., B&F, G/South
ward of defendant/corporation present and submitted that,
yesterday the structural audit report received to the office
from the plaintiff. The defendant/Corporation had received
structural audit report of Neeta Cooperative Hsg. Society
from G.S. Constro and Infra Pvt. Ltd. through letter letter
dtd.11.09.2019 address to the Asst. Commissioner,
G/South ward Mumbai. The defendant/Corporation refer
to both the structural audit report to the TAC committee.
Therefore, in such circumstances I am of the opinion it is
not required to keep pending this suit. Hence, the suit of
the plaintiffs is hereby disposed off with direction that,
the defendant/corporation shall not take any coercive
action against the plaintiffs in respect of the suit building
till five days after TAC report. The defendants/corporation
shall complete the process of TAC report on or before
30.11.2019. Draft NM is disposed off accordingly.
