3. The Learned Advocate for the plaintiff submitted that he has no

objection to permit the defendant No. 1 Mahendra Nilkanth Achrekar to
file written statement.
The parties should be provided an opportunity to file written

ORDER
1. The Notice of Motion No. 4192/2019 is allowed.
2. The defendant No. 1 Mahendra Nilkanth Achrekar is permitted to
file the written statement.
