Therefore she prayed to grant ad-interim orders in this matter. Perused the file.  The ad-interim orders in Suit. St. no. 8293/2019, 8294/2019, 8295/2019 were given by my predecessor in office. Even in present matter if plaintiff wants to say that ad-interim order though given is not reflecting in roznama, why plaintiff was silent, before my predecessor in office on 14/11/2019, 18/11/2019, 04/12/2019 or before me at earlier point of time. More than 2 years have elapsed.  Therefore, I cannot agree with the argument of ld. Adv. for plaintiff.  Plaintiff requested to keep matter for ad-interim hearing. Order-Granted.
