defendant no. 6 and 7 submitted that she has no objection to
allow the CS no. 2013/19. Ld. counsel for plaintiff wants to
seek amendment in the plaint to bring the
LR&amp#039s of defendant no. 2 on record, who was
died on 25.07.19 and motion is taken out within time.
Hence, it is allowed. Plaintiff shall carry out the
amendment within two weeks as per the details given in the
affidavit and brings the LR&amp#039s a, b, and c on
record as prayed in the CS. The plaintiff shall submit copy
of amended plaint on record within two weeks thereafter as
per procedure and supply copy of amended plaint to the
other side.
