Plaintiff has filed suit on 24.09.2018. Plaintiff did not comply the objection dt 31.10.2019 of the Registrar till date. The direction by my predecessor in roznama dt. 17.01.2020 to remove the objection else suit will be dismissed for non compliance. due to pandemic the objections are not removed. The court started regular working from 02.08.2021. Considering this fact last opportunity is granted to plaintiff to remove objection and get the suit registered failing which the suit will be dismissed.
