Under the above circumstances , it is submitted that till defendants file their reply, they be directed to maintain status quo.
I have perused the plaint, motion supported by affidavit and considered
the documents filed on record. In view of the submissions made before the court and the apprehension of the Ld. counsel for plaintiff, I am of the view that it will be just and proper the parties maintain status quo till motions is decided on merits.
In view of the above, the defendant no. 1 and 2 are directed to maintain status quo regarding possession of suit premises as on today till next date.

The suit is instituted on 07.11.2019. The Plaintiff and his advocate was remained absent since 15.03.2023. Therefore on 15.03.2023 suit was fixed for dismissal order. Subsequently the advocate for plaintiff as well as plaintiff continuously remained absent. However, the plaintiff has not taken any steps since 11.10.2021.
