By praecipe matter is taken on today's board.
Plaintiff Mr. Sachin Pankaj Shah personally present. Ld. counsel
for plaintiff is absent, because the plaintiff informed the court that
she has withdrawn the VP of her advocate vide letter dated
21.12.20, copy of which is filed on record. She also filed
withdrawal application.
Mr. Pranay Kapadia defendant no. 2 for himself and on behalf of
defendant no. 1 and 3, being partner of defendant no. 1 and POA
of Mr. Suresh Kapadia(defendant no. 3)(Common POA for Suit
no. 3286/19 and 3287/19) present.

Withdrawal application. Oallowed.
Heard the plaintiff and the defendants alongwith counsel. It is
submitted that the dispute between the parties has been amicably
settled by them by negotiation and the same has been resolved
amicably. Therefore, now the plaintiff has no disputes with the
defendants and no cause of action to continue the suit, therefore,
she wants to withdraw the suit unconditionally.
The plaintiff and defendants, who are present before the court
admit the contents of application regarding the settlement
between the parties and the defendants have no objections for the
withdrawal of the suit by the plaintiff.
In view of the above, plaintiff is allowed to withdraw the suit
unconditionally.
Suit is dismissed of as withdrawn, with no orders as to costs with
the circumstances of the case. Court fees be refunded, as per
rules.
Suit is disposed of accordingly.
