ORDER
1. The defendant shall pay Rs.1,24,904.10ps (Rs. One Lakh Twenty Four Thousand Nine Hundred Four and Ten Paise Only) to the plaintiff with interest on principal amount of Rs.1,00,000/- at the rate of 18 percent per annum from the date of filing of the suit till its realization.
